Engineering designs, fields, and sustains the three interlocking systems the rest of HIVE-13 depends on. NectarNet senses the world's pollinators; the Comb Data Fabric carries that telemetry over the Waggle Protocol with no single point of failure; and The Swarm gives the Command its physical reach. Design Principle

No single point of failure

The Comb Data Fabric is a self-healing mesh: nodes route around damage automatically over the Waggle Protocol, and no one link, node, or site can take the Command's telemetry down. Sensing, fabric, and actuation each degrade gracefully rather than collapse.

Failover & live assurance

Every critical system carries an automatic failover path and a staged manual fallback. Engineering watches health continuously and rehearses failover on a fixed cycle.
