This desk handles IT and tooling issues across the Command — the portal, NectarNet sensing access, the MELISSA console, drone ground software, the live dashboard, search and the installable app, and the Comb Data Fabric. It is staffed by Engineering's Support Desk and curated by MELISSA, who keeps the article base in sync with live system behavior. For operational alarms — a colony in distress, a field incident — use Status, not this desk.
