Role Summary

The Dispatch & Intelligence Analyst builds the dossiers that decide where HIVE-13's field teams deploy and is the voice in the headset when they do. The role tracks pesticide applicators, habitat-clearance operators, and colony traffickers across open-source feeds, NectarNet returns, and field intelligence, ranks targets against the escalation doctrine, and holds the operational clock and abort authority on-watch. A wrong dossier does not just waste a deployment — it can put a team in front of the wrong actor.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and maintain threat dossiers from open-source, sensor, and field intelligence to a sourced, confidence-rated standard.
Prioritise targets against the escalation doctrine, recommending the lowest tier that achieves the conservation outcome.
Task and track field and drone assets against active and queued operations, holding the live operational picture with MELISSA.
Relay escalation authorisations and hold the abort authority on-watch, exercising it without hesitation when the tier no longer holds.
Protect sources and methods under ROYAL-JELLY-3 handling and compartment product appropriately.
Maintain the dispatch log as a primary, time-stamped operational and evidentiary record.

Required Qualifications

Intelligence-analysis, OSINT, or operations-center background.
Cool, precise voice procedure under load.
Rigorous sourcing and analytic-confidence discipline.
Discretion appropriate to ROYAL-JELLY-3 clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Environmental-crime or financial-investigation experience.
Familiarity with the MELISSA tasking console and NectarNet picture.
Availability for rotating watch shifts including nights.

Certifications & Clearances

Curricula are delivered through the Training Academy; currency is tracked on the HR training matrix.
